The “Hannah Montana” star, who is alive and well, was the victim of an Internet hoax over the weekend when someone hacked into her YouTube account and posted a video alleging she’d been killed by a drunken driver.

The video, which has been taken down, had a fake message from Cyrus pal Mandy Jiroux, who swiftly denied the rumor in a posting on her official MySpace page.

The hackers crept into Cyrus’ best bud Mandy Jiroux’s YouTube account and posted a obit-style video and message reading: “Hey guys, this is Mandy and I have some very sad news We’re hurt to tell everyone this, but Miley died this morning after being hit by a drunk driver. Miley told us if anything ever happened to her then we should let her fans know first before the public. R.I.P honey, we miss you so much.” Jiroux took to MySpace to clear the air, reporting “Miley is ok,” so dry those tears tweeners (and creepy old men).
Wrote Jiroux: “MILEY IS OK!! Some1 hacked our youtube account.”

More proof: The Associated Press interviewed Cyrus at the Los Angeles junket for the Disney animated film “Bolt” on Sunday night. She voices a 12-year-old TV actress in the movie, which hits theaters Nov. 21.

Do you guys remember the 19 year old guy who raided Miley Cyrus’ GMail account and her personal MySpace page of her personal pictures? Well, the FBI raided him yesterday and he is currently in jail.

His 3 computers and phone were all seized during the raid.

One of the charges seems to be that he has posed as a Myspace administrator, in order to get Miley Cyrus’ password and then using it to unlock her Gmail. No charges have been filed as far as we know; the FBI is currently being very discreet.

Josh Holly, 19, is a prime suspect in a federal investigation.
Police raided his Tennessee home and seized computer equipment after learning Holly has allegedly bragged to pals about flooding the Internet with saucy Cyrus pictures, according to TMZ.com.
According to Wired.com, Holly also boasted about posing as a MySpace.com administrator to steal Cyrus’ password, and using it to unlock her Gmail account.
Charges against Holly have not been filed as WENN goes to press.

Sixteen years old ? Not just yet …but Miley Cyrus – turns it on Nov. 23 – got an early birthday celebration Sunday night with a special bash at Disneyland.

The evening started with Cyrus and friends like Tyra Banks, David Archuleta and Demi Lovato strolling down a large purple carpet.

Cyrus’s new ¿boyfriend?, Justin Gaston, avoided the carpet rush – but he emerged onstage to help open up for the Hannah Montana star. The guitar playing Gaston joined Cyrus’s dad, Billy Rayto sing “Achy Breaky Heart.”

Later, Gaston looked on adoringly while the large crowd sang “Happy Birthday” to Cyrus. The Disney star – who calls the budding relationship “great” – then pulled him in close while they watched the fireworks finale.

Miley Cyrus has been hanging out with a new guy – and he’s already met her parents.

On Sunday, Justin Gaston, a model and aspiring country singer, attended church in Pasadena, Calif., with the Hannah Montana star and her family. Later that night, he hit Disney’s Concert for Hope where Cyrus performed with the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato.

According to Cyrus’s rep, Gaston, 20, is “a friend from Nashville.” He met Cyrus, 15, earlier this year when he was a contestant on Nashville Star, hosted by her father, Billy Ray. Adds Gaston’s rep, Allen Osborne, “He’s visiting L.A. for the week.”

A source close to Miley says, “They’ve been spending a lot of time together while he’s in town.”

The Pineville, La., native has modeled for Kenneth Cole and Guess, and before he was eliminated in week three of Nashville Star he told PEOPLE of his music, “My style isn’t like anyone else. If John Mayer was to meet Brad Paisley and they reproduced, that would be me.”

The Hannah Montana superstar went for a bike ride around Toluca Lake, together with her close friend, Emily Osment.

The two got some quick breakfast at Paty’s Diner before carrying on with their promenade through the neighbourhood.
