Hannah Montana may be calling your house. Wal-Mart and Disney have put together a nifty little (free) service that allows you to schedule a phone wake-up type call from Hannah Montana. Go online to register and select the time and type of alert you want (wake up, go to softball practice, go to music lesson–but no clean your room or do your homework) and wait for the call. After the spunky Hannah recording delivers it’s message you’ll hear a short promotion for Wal-Mart Hannah Montana stuff. Of course you can hang up at that point. Seems harmless enough and Wal-Mart pledges that the site complies with the Children’s Online Protection Act of 1998 and will destroy any personal information as soon as the call is completed.
