Miley Cyrus did an interview with Johnjay & Rich and they chatted about Hannah Montana: The Movie that is coming out this spring. She mentions something about a lake thing and getting back to her cheerleading days. Hmmmmm….I wonder what that means for the movie.

It’s a great interview and I always love hearing Miley talk about her career and projects she has going on.

In other way ,an article about Miley Cyrus and if Disney is throwing in the towel on the Hannah Montana star. They say between all the photos and the dwindling numbers for the Disney Channel series Hannah Montana, that Disney may be looking into ending their relationship with the star.

A Disney insider tells OK! that, “Tween properties often burn hot and then fizzle out.”

And there are the two newcomers that Disney seems to really be preparing for major stardom - Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. They both have other Disney projects in the works and I have a feeling that Camp Rock and Wizards of Waverly Place are just the beginning for these two lovable gals.

A Disney rep did tell OK! that they are committed to the Hannah Montana franchise and mentioned the Hannah Montana Movie that is opening this spring.

I don’t know. What do you all think? Do you think Disney’s relationship with Miley is coming to an end?

There are two new Hannah Montana episodes coming out in July. It’s about time huh? I know a lot of you have been dying for some new eps!

The first new episode is going to air on July 6th. It’s episode 2.24 “You Didn’t Say It’s Your Birthday”. Here’s the description: Miley and Jackson have to scramble at the last minute to put together a party after they’ve forgotten Robby’s fortieth birthday. Lilly and Oliver take bids on a potato chip shaped like Darth Vader until Rico attempts to claim it as his own.

The second episode is going to air on July 20th. It’s episode 2.25 “Hannah in the Streets with Diamonds”. Here’s the description: Hannah gets her diamond on the Hollywood Parade of Stars only to find that its location is by a hot dog vendor whose customer’s chili dog drippings land right on it, followed by a flower vendor whose allergies cause him to release his phlegm on it too. When Miley learns that the spot was originally assigned to a famous puppet, Pancake Buffalo, she tries to swap back without any luck. Meanwhile, Robby subs for Jackson at work and clashes with Rico.

The Miley Cyrus photo controversy reared its ugly head once again – this time on Tuesday’s Today show, when Miley’s father, Billy Ray Cyrus, made his first TV comments about the negative reaction to the pictures in the June issue of Vanity Fair.

“I didn’t know they were going to strip her down and wrap her in a blanket,” Cyrus, appearing to promote his NBC show Nashville Star, told show anchor Meredith Vieira. Of the seemingly topless shot of his daughter, he said, “I was surprised when I saw it … but, hey, that’s life. Stuff happens.”

Of the complaints that surfaced once the photos became public, Cyrus said he never thought to complain. “I didn’t,” he told Vieira, ” ’cause my dad always said, ‘The more you stomp in poop, the more it stinks.’ ”

His own reaction, he said, was, “Okay, this happened. We gotta deal with it.”

At the time, Miley Cyrus apologized for the photos, which were taken by Annie Leibovitz.

As it was, Billy Ray said, he was not able to prevent the backless photo from being taken, because he simply wasn’t there. “I didn’t have any choice,” he said. “I had a show to do, and an obligation, to go to Washington state … playing for the troops just back from Iraq.”

As for the picture of Miley with her father, striking a pose that, to some, appeared more suitable between a boyfriend and girlfriend rather than a father and daughter, Billy Ray laughed.

“That’s just a daddy who loves his daughter a whole lot,” he said.

Miley Cyrus has a new CD coming out entitled “Breakout” on July 22nd. Checkout three samples from the CD. They are: Breakout, Fly on the Wall, Bottom of the Ocean.

Yesterday, Miley took over Ryan Seacrest’s show and guest hosted America’s Top 40. I got to listen to most of it and she makes a great host!

Miley talked about all kinds of things from dating celebrities and her new movie Bolt to the Jonas Brothers and if she has any new tours coming up. Here is a little bit of her hosting the show.

Hannah Montana boss Michael Poryes has requested the media to leave Miley Cyrus alone. The creator of the Disney series says the press has been very hard with the 15-year-old sensation as of late, claiming she’s experiencing the usual changes of people at her age. Poryes says, “To say the tabloids are paying attention to her is a very kind way of saying it. It becomes like Miley Cyrus bites her finger nails is news at 11. “They don’t give her a break for being able to go through the aches and pains of being an adolescent. Everyone has the right to go through being an adolescent. They blow everything out of proportion and a little misstep becomes the biggest tragedy that ever struck mankind.” He also points out that Miley’s inner circle tries to protect her and make her feel free. “The challenge of that is to do our best to make Miley feel - at least in this circle of people - that it’s fine to make mistakes, you’re not going to be judged or scrutinised on set,” Poryes added.

Disney will release a new CD of country songs . Miley Cyrus will sing one from her father.
